WE’VE EARNED, AND KEPT, THE TRUST OF OUR CUSTOMERS WITH UNRIVALED EQUIPMENT AND UNBENDING SUPPORT

Long considered a prodigy in things mechanical, Gerald Coil began a series of tests and experiments to develop an atomizer for the engineered wood panel industry.

Developed in the early 1980s, Coil’s first atomizer had an immediate impact on the industry. At about the same time, Coil began construction of his rotary drum blender design

Over the years, we’ve remained the undisputed industry leader through innovations and product upgrades. Our atomizers, blenders and ancillary equipment have stood the test of time, especially in operations that demand ’round-the-clock’ production.

When an OSB manufacturer in Germany lost two blenders in a fire in late 2001, Coil immediately shipped these two 11′ x 35′ replacements in an Antonov – the world’s largest cargo plane.

Our core business is resin application equipment and systems, and service and support. If you have a problem, we’re always here to help you. Our large inventory enables us to ship most standard parts or components within one business day. That’s how we’ve earned – and kept – the trust of our customers.

DOING WHATEVER IT TAKES

Because of Coil’s extensive experience with blenders, and meticulous engineering skills, the company also builds lab blenders (above) for post-secondary and research institutes.

We’re prepared to do almost anything for our customers, and we proved it in late 2001. Coil Manufacturing had just completed two very large blenders destined for a company in Brazil, when a German firm made an emergency call to us. Their blenders had just been lost in a plant fire, and replacements were desperately needed. After persuading the Brazilians to hang tough for several more weeks, we were able to fly both blenders to Germany in short order. Two huge 11-foot by 35-foot units were shipped in a Russian-built Antonov – the largest aircraft ever made.

Our customer service and support has no boundaries. We personally visit each and every customer on a regular schedule – wherever in the world they’re located.
